How it all bigan
Hello. My name is Lisa Grace. I’m from the USA and I’m a wise and wholesome woman. I like myself and I enjoy self developing and improving. I have 37 years and I look pretty good, but one day I was looking into the mirror and I decided to correct something. I have been doing some rather careful thinking and I decided I had to lose ten pounds. It’s not that I needed extremely to lose those but I thought I’d have much better and younger look after I lose weight.
I had searched the internet and the magazines looking for a good “How to lose 10 pounds in a week” diet but it was difficult to find something worthy. I didn’t want simply to lose 10 lbs; I wanted to look fresher, healthier and younger. I wanted my skin to be natural color and elastic.
But I also wanted to lose 10 pounds fast, because I had great plans for that fortnight. I had to have astonishing looks… And that was the beginning of my personal story how to lose 10 pounds in a week. I‘ve already passed the way of losing weight and on this website I want to share my valuable experience with you. I had success and I forced myself to lose weight. But I also forced myself to lose fat and I’ll explain you the difference later.
I decided to post here because I want to inspire other women who dream to lose 10 pound fast and who have enough strength, but don’t have enough courage to start this difficult way. Each of you has her own motives and stimulus, but all we are looking for the beauty and we want to feel ourselves attractive, confident and sexy.
My diet meant a lot to me. First of all I could prove myself I had nerve to force myself to lose weight. I also changed my life style a lot. I chose another standard of living. I changed my old opinions and views.
The diet I had found accidentally suited me ideally. I decided to follow it. it had a special schedule for seven days. I had to eat the food they advised and to keep myself away from what they prohibited to eat. They said it is simple to lose weight and to lose fat at the same time, but as from my experience I can say that you’ll have to work hard.
I stuck to the diet and I also added some useful tips I had read about earlier. Thought I’m an accountant and I spend a lot of time sitting and working, I decided to dedicate three days a week to sports.
And the most important thing to remember is: every day of your diet keep thinking about the result you will get. You must have a faith in your victory. Keep thinking about your challenge and about the joy and happiness you will feel when you will reach the aim.
