     My diet meant a lot to me. First of all I could prove myself I had nerve to force myself to lose weight. I also changed my life style a lot. I chose another standard of living. I changed my old opinions and views. How to lose 10 pounds in a month.

I had to eat the food they advised and to keep myself away from what they prohibited to eat.      I stuck to the diet and I also added some useful tips I had read about earlier. Thought I’m an accountant and I spend a lot of time sitting and working, I decided to dedicate three days a week to sports.
