How to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks - 7 simple rules

Following these rules will be highly beneficial for easy and well defined weight loss without compromising on food or health.

1.   Remember one golden rule – it’s better to eat not enough, than to overeat. Listen to yourself and finish lunch when you feel that you are satisfied. Let the portions be small and try not to fall for snacks in between meals, otherwise it will be + 10 and not -10 in 2 weeks . Close the fridge after six and do something to distract your attention. Nevertheless, if the hunger is unbearable do not starve – take some light like yoghurt or berries

7. Even very strong people have their own ice cream or chocolate weaknesses. However it was proven, that consuming these “poisons” is really not so fatal for your figure during the diet, if you do not practice upon it (not more than once a week). You will still have chance to lose your 10 pounds even if you eat a piece of cake.  Such periodic indulgences will keep the metabolisms up and improve the work of the digesting system.
