Making a plan and developing a strategy

     The decision to lose weight was made and I had to bring it to life using some certain actions. As it’s dangerous to start diet without proper preparation, I started to eat less. That was my pre-diet plan. I had to teach myself to eat less and not to feel hunger right after I get up from the table. Plus it was an effective training for the force of mind.

     So when I had meals I tried to eat only half of the food I had on my plate. In few days I felt the unknown lightness in my stomach. And at the same time I decided I wanted to get some piece of professional advice. That’s why I had found a number of a diet doctor. I made an appointed ad visited him on a managed date. We had a good talk, Mr. Zelner was rather attentive and careful and he asked a lot about the reasons I had decided to lose 10 pounds fast. He gave me tons of advices but the most important thing was that he had made up a personal eating schedule for me. Though it was a bit similar with the diet I had found myself, he made some corrections and I felt a lot calmer for my health.

     He said it’s believable to lose 10 pounds in a week. Mr. Zelner assured me that if I did everything in a proper way the weight wouldn’t return. I asked the doctor questions about the effective methods to lose fat and he answered I had to do some sports. That’s what is important when you want to lose fat.

     The diet he offered seemed simple but effective and logical. The diet doctor claimed that I had to cut carbohydrate off my ration. Mr. Zelner explained that not only I can’t lose weight because of this chemical elements but I also do harm to my body.

     He said I needed to drink a lot of water. Clean water, not juice. Water helps to clean the body. That means it removes poisonous chemical elements we get along with fried and fast food and in that way we lose fat and we lose weight. To be active and not to starve I had to eat special food protein food. Mr. Zelner told me to find out some information about this type of food because I had to be aware of my diet and the way it works. This food helped me to have strength for my active daily life!

     As it had to be my first experience I was a bit nervous about my health and about possible negative consequences. But the diet-doctor told me I didn’t have to worry because every woman is strong enough to lose weight. He also told me that it was important to make some efforts and change my whole way of life. I had to get used to live a healthy life, I should search for the harmony with my body and what’s even more important I should listen and hear the signals my body sends me.

     From that very moment I realized I had already found internal strength to lose 10 pounds fast! I was completely ready to start the diet!
