My personal victory

     So my diet was over. On Tuesday I had an appointment with my diet doctor Mr. Zelner. When I came into his office, he was pleasantly surprised. He said that I have changed a lot, even my walk has changed. Every step I made was more confident and strong now! And what was the most pleasant thing, that I felt all those changes too! My confidence was connected with various factors. First of all I managed to lose weight fast! I was very proud of my achievement! That meant that I’m really strong person and that I’m able to manage every task and every problem! And the second of all I also managed to lose fat. And my skin was elastic. My face looked bright and fresh! My eyes were sparkling.

     When I had to be weighted, I was a bit nervous! I was afraid that I couldn’t lose 10 pounds in a week sharply. But after I heard the result, I was simply astonished! I lost even a bit more that 10 pounds! Mr. Zelner said that such a result would have been possible only if the patient had followed the advices of the diet doctor and also had added his own elements.

     I was divinely happy! Maybe I won’t be able to describe all those feeling that were filling me inside! But the main feeling was the pride! The pride because of my strong sense of necessity! I knew I had to lose 10 pounds fast and I did it! Mr. Zelner gave me a lot of important and necessary instructions I had to follow to fix my new weight and also to make my body get used to the new weight. He said I needed to be very careful and particular about my food. That requirement had to be fulfilled till the end of my life. Of course everything he told me was right and I could understand that. But it was difficult to do everything correctly…

     I knew I had to make the priority list. “To save my current weight” – had to be the number one priority. And I decided I could do that like I could lose weight so fast! So I was strongly sure that I’ll stick to the healthy way of life. I had to lead a healthy life to look and to feel young! So after Tuesday the fried food was prohibited, the sweets were prohibited too. This decision was made not only because sweets cause excessive weight; but because they are harmful to my body.

     I bought a gym membership. The gym is situated in the center of the city. I wanted to lose fat constantly and to be surrounded by people all the time. I wanted men to appreciate my body, and women to be jealous a little that I could lose 10 pounds fast. I felt that I had something to show this world! I could share the impressions and the experience about my diet, about how I could lose weight though it was very hard!!! And it was me I had to show everyone! I was genuinely beautiful and slim, smart and interesting woman!

     This diet was like a ticket to a new life for me! Lose 10 pounds in a week and feel the difference between the life you have had and are having now!
