First weekend without favorite chips
When Saturday came, I was completely exhausted after the difficult week of my new life! The menu planned for the first day of the week-end was rather small. Mr. Zelner said I had to fill the day with lots of activity not to feel the hunger. Somewhere deep in my mind I had hoped that until Saturday I’d get used to the new agenda and it wouldn’t be difficult to eat little at all. But of course the more I had hoped, the less I got. From the very beginning of the day I felt I wanted to eat something sweet during the TV show I usually watch.
On Saturday I was allowed to eat a bit of steamed meat which I decided to eat for dinner. My diet doctor said that to lose 10 pounds in a week I had to eat tomatoes on Saturday. Canned or fresh tomatoes even help to lose fat and to lose weight fast. Are you interested why? Because they include much water and water absorbs harmful chemical elements in our body and helps to get them out. So for my breakfast I had three tomatoes and a tiny piece of dark bread. At first that meal seemed enough, but after a while the starvation started following me. The reason was that I wasn’t engaged in anything in particular. I was just fooling around the house and doing some usual staff.
To lose 10 pounds fast I had to be very active. So after about 2 p.m. I went to the park and made some jogging. My neighbor Christine decided to join me as she was on a diet too. But her diet was rather conventional and in my opinion, not effective. She wanted to lose fat and to lose excessive weight. Christine excluded sugar from her ration, bread and roasted food. She also avoided eating any fat, even the one she needed for normal functioning of her body. She followed that diet for about two months. It was difficult to lose weight in that way.
And my aim was a bit different. I wanted to lose 10 pounds in a week. It was very important for me to lose 10 pounds fast.
So we made some jogging and after we decided to make a small picnic in the park. Our menu was too small as for the conventional picnic, nevertheless we brought some boiled rice (which I was allowed to eat for supper), tomatoes, some grapefruits and a lot of water.
When I returned home I felt myself completely new and fresh and young. And that was my main aim! Thought it felt nice, I knew that my fight was not over yet. I had to struggle more to achieve the best possible result! Because I wanted to lose weight forever.
