Strengthening my force of mind!
I don’t want to lie to you here, because I started writing about my diet to help you to lose 10 pounds fast. That’s why I’m not going to hide anything from you: I was afraid of Friday. Maybe now you think my fright was stupid but as for me it wasn’t: on Friday we usually visit our friends or relatives. And of course we usually have nice meals with them. It includes almost all the food, Mr. Zelner prohibited me to eat. By the way, on Friday I started to realize completely my aim. I knew now, I prohibited myself eating that food on my own. I controlled myself completely. In this way, I though, I’ll surely lose 10 pounds in a week.
On Friday I could eat all the fruits and even bananas, but not more than 3. I was advised to eat some curd with honey in the morning for my breakfast. And in the afternoon I could enjoy fruits as much as I wanted.
For my evening occasion I had a special strategy. I called Lucy, the one we had to visit that evening and told her everything about me diet. She was very supportive about my decision to lose weight. She said that I was very strong person and that I’d definitely lose 10 pounds in a week. At first she assumed making all the meals steamed, but then I told her not to worry and leave everything as she had planned but with one correction. I asked for one special meal for me: it had to be steamed meat. Mr. Zelner told me I could eat that type of meat on Friday.
So by the end of the day I had eaten some fruits not to be very hungry when I’d come to Lucy. And during the supper I drank a lot f water to imitate eating for my stomach. I was definitely going to lose weight!
The visit was perfect and I was very glad we could make it. By the end of the evening I understood I was strong enough to stand any trial. I also felt that I liked my new way of life. Of course I didn’t plan to continue living according to this type of nourishment after the diet, but I knew now exactly I wouldn’t eat as much as I did before. Most of the food I ate before the diet was unnecessary. Maybe I ate it because I felt lonely or boring. But now I knew how to fight that feeling of starvation: eat a bit to feed your stomach and then drink mineral water. It would be like eating.
If you want to know how much excessive food you eat and get weight, hold an experiment: while you are working, put a bottle of water on the table. Every time you want to eat, replace food with water. And by the end of the working day you’d see how much unnecessary food you could have eaten. Your body doesn’t need that food. It’s full by what you eat for breakfast, lunch and supper.
And one more thing: on Friday I examined my belly and noticed it had eliminated a bit more again.
