Lisa, go ahead!
When Wednesday came, I have already had some ideas about what it was like to lose 10 pounds fast. For this day I had another menu. It consisted of a soup, raw, canned or fresh vegetables and some boiled potatoes. The order didn’t matter so I decided to eat two potatoes for breakfast. I won’t lie to you and say that it wasn’t really hard to eat such small dishes. Now I can’t even remember now in what way did I persuade myself not to eat more. I tried not to forget I did have to lose fat and excessive weight.
As a result of my first diet-day I noticed that my belly was smaller now. Of course, only I could notice that tiny change. But it existed! I was heavenly happy! This achievement was an additional stimulus for me to lose 10 pounds fast and I started to believe I could do that! When I looked in the mirror that Wednesday afternoon I was already seeing a completely new woman, who was slim, and whose silhouette was much better than before. Whose legs were slimmer and waist was smaller too.
During those moments I realized that I wanted to get that magical feeling of lightness my friends had told me about. I knew I had to lose fat to experience that feeling. And I had rather decisive mood to reach the end with the victory!
As for my dinner I cooked a soup. Mr. Zelner gave me several recipes of soup I could eat. It was even more like clear soup. I used a tomato, five middle size onions, green pepper (add as much as you like) and some cabbage. I am not going to lie and say that I adored it at once. But after several times I had it for my meals, I started to get used to that type of food. Food without fat was tasty too. I wanted to cut fat off my legs and I had to lose fat.
My friend Eliza suggested going to the underwear shop in the evening. We had to look at beautiful bodies of young ladies in sexy panties and bras to inspire ourselves for further self improvement. That was a great stimulus too. I agreed to go and we had wonderful time together. I even purchased some underwear in a smaller size than I actually needed. But I decided those would wait the time I lose weight. After the shopping we didn’t go to our favorite café for a cup of latte but decided to have a walk around the park. I felt like my life has already begun to change. Though I hadn’t weighted myself (Mr. Zelner advised me to wait for a while) I felt like I was a completely new person and I lost weight already. I was free from house troubles, I was a person who could stand any difficulties and problems, a person who was able to reach any height!
