The last but one day – I’m really strong!

     On Sunday we planned going to the church early in the morning. I was rather revealed after the returning. My internal fights and arguments had stopped and I felt much better. The fact that Sunday was the last but one day of my diet made me even calmer.

     The diet doctor said that the last but one day would be rather severe. He explained the reasons. First of all, I had to fix a bit my present weight which has changed; I mustn’t let it return to the previous position. The second reason was that the sixth day was the “cleaning day”. I had to eat a lot of grapefruits and drink the fresh grapefruit juice. This procedure would let me not only to lose weight but also to lose fat. Mr. Zelner said that usually we have fat because of the toxins we get with food. That’s why I had to clean my body. He explained to me that it’s important not only to lose 10 pounds fast but also never gain them again.

     Generally I hate grapefruits. It’s too bitter. But I liked the juice much. It felt really natural. So after the breakfast which consisted of boiled rice (100 gram), I drank a lot of fresh grapefruit juice.

     Mr. Zelner said I could commit Sunday to any activity I like, so I decided to go to the store and have a nice walk around it. As I felt that I have already lost some weight, I could try on clothes in smaller size than I used to wear. I tried on some cool jeans and some elegant costumes and I was very happy and content! “To lose 10 pounds in a week? – It’s simple!” I thought while walking. And suddenly I realized I could lose 10 pounds fast. It wasn’t mater of my figure; it was the matter of my conscious. I simply had to have faith in me!

     So I had found a wonderful bookstore and went inside. I chose some books to read. I strongly decided I had to grant attention to myself, to my internal world. That would make me even stronger and more confident.

     For my lunch I had a glass of warm milk with some honey. Now such portions didn’t seem weird and little to me. I took that for granted. The desire to lose fat from my legs and to lose weight in general was very strong. To the end of the day I spend the time with one of the books I had bought. And exactly then I got the idea to write about my diet and about the way to lose 10 pounds in a week. I knew that could be useful for women who are going to lose 10 pounds fast. I could encourage them and that would make me feel great!
